Credit Suisse Mexico to Transfer Clients with Domestic Needs to Actinver

Credit Suisse Mexico (CS Mexico) and Corporación Actinver, S.A.B. de C.V. (Actinver) has announced a strategic alliance to further invest in and develop their Wealth Management offerings in Mexico.

​As a result of this alliance, CS Mexico will be able to focus on developing its business for Mexican clients who have complex and global needs and Actinver reinforces its commitment to its clients by strategically allying with one of the world's leading financial services providers.

As part of the agreement, CS Mexico will transfer a select portfolio of clients with predominantly domestic needs, along with a team of relationship managers to Actinver to provide continuity of service to these clients and a more comprehensive local offering. CS Mexico will retain the relationship and advisory services of Mexican clients with complex, global needs. During the next year, CS Mexico will also transfer the local custody and execution business of its advisory clients to Actinver.

This agreement is subject to regulatory approvals and both institutions are fully committed to supporting all clients during the transition period.
