Crypto Exchange Bitget Introduces Brazilian Real Trading Pairs

Fazzaco learned that the Singapore-based crypto exchange Bitget has introduced Brazilian real (BRL) trading pairs for spot traders on its platform, including USDT/BRL, ETH/BRL and BTC/BRL.
"The new solution provides users with the option of spot trading cryptocurrency direct with fiat currency, therefore, lowering the reliance on stablecoins and over-the-counter services," said the firm. It is planning to launch more fiat currency trading pairs on the plaform.
The latest offering follows the exchange's launch of operations in Brazil a week before. Besides, its users will be able to execute withdrawals in Brazilian reals as November 30.
"To create accessible gateways to serve the international communities, we will be working hand-in-hand with top-notch and recognized payment solution providers to be compliant in linking local economies, businesses, and marketplaces with digital assets. We hope this will bring a better experience and easier accessibility to more users, which is crucial for crypto mass adoption," said Gracy Chen, Bitget's Managing Director.
Bitget stated that the new trading pairs would first be available to clients in Latin America, which it has taken as a major market for its international expansion.
This week, Fazzaco reported that Bitget has registered in Seychelles to aid global expansion.
