Crypto.com DeFi Wallet Adds Support for Polygon (MATIC)

Fazzaco learned that Crypto.com DeFi Wallet has added support for Polygon (MATIC) (requires DeFi Wallet V1.17.0 or above). 

Crypto.com DeFi Wallet, a separate product from Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange, is a non-custodial wallet that gives users access to a full suite of DeFi services in one place. Users can flexibly store, swap, and earn interest on their tokens, which are protected by the company's multilayer security features. 

With DeFi Wallet, users can easily send, store, and manage 300+ DeFi tokens—including ATOM, AAVE, DOT, YFI, ETH, BTC, and CRO—while retaining full control of their private keys and crypto assets.

Polygon is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. It strives to solve the scalability and usability challenges while considering leverage and decentralization as the backbone for existing developer community-based ecosystems.

As Fazzaco reported earlier, Crypto.com has announced its partnership with the Philadelphia 76ers​, an American professional basketball team based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The partnership is also Crypto.com’s first in the NBA. Crypto.com will also have rights to the 76ers’ name and marks in marketing and advertising as well as be an official international marketing partner of the team.
