Cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck to offer Enjin Coin trading

Coincheck, a Tokyo-based cryptocurrency exchange, today announced plans to offer its trading of Enjin Coin (ENJ) on January 26, 2021. Coincheck will be the first domestic cryptocurrency exchange to offer Enjin Coin trading in Japan.

Now the company has 14 types of cryptocurrency assets available on its trading platform. Enjin Coin is a crypto asset used in the "Enjin Platform". It is issued based on Ethereum, and it is possible to purchase NFT (Non-fungible token), which is a digital asset issued by "Enjin Platform", and to issue NFT with Enjin Coin as a backing. In addition, one of the features of Enjin Coin, the "melting function", allows customers to return unnecessary NFTs to Enjin Coin.
