Currencycloud Names Co-founder Richard Arundel as Chief Evangelist

Currencycloud, the provider of fully cloud-based platform for B2B cross-border payment solutions, announced that it has names its Co-founder Richard Arundel as the company's Chief Evangelist, which is a newly created global role based on London. 

As Chief Evangelist, Arundel will be responsible for championing Currencycloud's vision for embedded finance, helping ensure constant stable business growth as the company targets new markets and industry segments.

Three years ago, Arundel left London to set up Currencycloud's New York office. Over the past three years, he has proven to be a driving force behind the company's North America strategy and rapid expansion. The exciting deals he signed in 2020 include Mercury, Radius & LendingLoop, and the the total client-base he established in the region has exceeded 70. Prior to his new role, Arundel has previously held numerous client roles including Sales Director, Client Relationship Director and Vice President of Client Services.
