Cyprus Alternative Investment Fund Falco Enters into Voluntary Liquidation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the Alternative Investment Fund Falco Umbrella Fund AIF V.C.I.C. Ltd, with Licence Number AIF58/2018, is dissolved and put into liquidation, following a decision taken at its shareholders' general meeting, in accordance with article 63(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

AIF's dissolution was communicated to CySEC, as per article 63(8) of the Law, by its external manager, the company UFG Capital Investment Management Limited. It is noted that the AIF is put into voluntary liquidation.

Last month, the external manager AUDE FM LIMITED of PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), has informed CySEC, as per article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 of the RAIF's decision to proceed with the dissolution and liquidation of the investment compartment PT GREEN SUB-FUND.
