CySEC Announces Finartel Capital Enters into Liquidation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced this Wednesday that, the AIFLNP Finartel Capital AIFLNP V.C.I.C. Ltd (the AIFLNP), formerly Finartel Capital VCIC Ltd, with License Number LPAIF114/2014, is dissolved and put into liquidation, as a result of the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders of the AIFLNP, in accordance with article 132(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

With the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders of the AIFLNP, the investment compartment of the AIFLNP ALGOEQUITES is dissolved and put into liquidation.

The dissolution of the AIFLNP was communicated to CySEC, as per article 63(8) of the Law, by the AIFLNP.
