CySEC Announces the Dissolution and Liquidation of Investment Compartment LORENOR II

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces that, the external manager ΙNVEQO FUND MANAGEMENT LTD of OSTREUS RAIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), has informed CySEC, as per article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018, the RAIF's decision to proceed with the dissolution of the investment compartment OSTREUS II.

Due to the above and in accordance with article 138(7) of the Law, the RAIF should proceed with the dissolution and liquidation of the said investment compartment. CySEC has registered in the RAIFs' Register the said fact.

According to article 138(9) of the Law, CySEC shall delete the said investment compartment from the RAIFs' Register once its dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.

Earlier last month, CySEC has reached a settlement with the CIF ICC Intercertus Capital Limited for possible violations of Article 42 of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 on markets in financial instruments during the period from January 2020 to May 2021.
