CySEC Announces Update on CIFs' Annual Fees for 2022

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces that the Form 87-03-01 (Calculation of the annual fees) has been updated in order to include annual fees for 2022 and has been published on the CySEC website. CIFs are obliged to use the revised Form 87-03-01 for the calculation of their annual fees.

For the calculation of the annual fees, the CIFs must complete the grey cells in the fields 1.5 – 1.7 of Form 87-03-01, according to the instructions on the Form. Furthermore, when submitting this form to CySEC, the CIFs should attach as Appendixes the following:

• The extract from the audited financial statements where the total turnover of the corresponding year (2022) is disclosed.

• ​Evidence of the payment of the annual fees to the CySEC.

The completed and duly signed Form 87-03-01 shall be submitted to the CySEC, through the portal, within four months from the end of each financial year, that is by 30 April the latest, along with the payment of the annual fee.
