CySEC Cancels CIF Authorization of FXTM, and Oval Money (Europe)

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced Friday the withdrawal of the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation with number 185/12 of Forextime Ltd (FXTM), as well as number 096/08 of Oval Money (Europe) Ltd.
CySEC's decision to revoke the CIF authorisation of the aforementioned companies was pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
The regulator explained that FXTM and Oval Money (Europe) voluntarily renounced their authorisation.
Last week, CySEC has withdrew Fintailor Investments Ltd's CIF authorization.
