CySEC Decision for Suspension of Trading of Shares

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘EKK’) informs the investing public that, at the meeting of 18 April 2022, decided, on the basis of the authority given to it by Article 70 (2) (m) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017, to ask the CSE Council to suspend the trading of shares of the following companies (‘the Companies’):
1. Power Investment Public Ltd (LEI 213800BCDB1MZLK5NZ58),
2. Regallia Holdings & Public Investments Ltd (LEI 2138002JN5N2VN21BR57),
3. Aiantas Investment Public Ltd (LEI 2138001G526W1KXZU288),
4. A.L. Prochoice Group Public Ltd (LEI 213800X4N6A2TP3VL296),
5. Trianai Investments Public Company Ltd (LEI 21380017SIYG4LUCRB03),
6. Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc (LEI 213800BZMPRCWN5C5K92),
7. Ermes Department Stores Plc (LEI 213800MDKQ6TYWTH5T21) and
8. Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc (LEI 213800Q3IWCJVHEJWL31).
The ECC reached the above decision as:
(i) The companies Power Investment Public Ltd, Regallia Holdings & Investments Public Ltd, Aiantas Investment Public Ltd and A.L. Prochoice Group Public Ltd, have not comply with their obligation to publish their Annual Finance Report for the year ended December 31, 2019, of their Semi-Annual Finance Report for the period ended June 30, 2020, of their Annual Finance Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Their Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period ended June 30, 2021,
(ii) The company Triana Investments Public Company Ltd has not complied with its obligation to publish its Semi-Annual Financial Report for
period ended June 30, 2020, of its Annual Financial Report for the year which expired on 31 December 2020 and its Semi-Annual Financial Report for period ended June 30, 2021,
(iii) Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc have not complied with their disclosure obligation of their Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 and of their Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period ended June 30, 2021, as a result, investors are not provided with the required financial information situation of these Companies.
EKK decided to request the suspension of the trading of the companies' shares on the CSE from 21st April 2022 until their compliance and no later than 30th June 2022.
