CySEC Deregisters IQOPTION EUROPE LTD

Following its deletion of crypto exchange Binance from its list of registered Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASP), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced on Wednesday that it has deregistered IQOPTION EUROPE LTD, with Registration Number 247/14.
The decision to delete the entity's registration was made on the Cypriot regulator's meeting of 1 August 2023, pursuant to section 61E(5)(b) of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of 2007, as amended, and article 7(1)(a) of Directive for the Register of Crypto Asset Service Providers.
CySEC explained that IQOPTION EUROPE LTD has not provided services on Crypto-assets for a continuous period of six months.
