CySEC Flags Eight Illegal Investment Websites

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has today updated its blacklist of unregulated entities, with the addition of eight websites that belong to an entity which provides investment services and conducts investment activities without authorization.

These eight illegal websites are as follows:

• world-trade-center.io

• financista.com

• swiftpuprime.com

• ocdfinances.net

• ocdfinances.org

• inverbid.net

• inverbid.com

• ​inverbid.co

The Cypriot financial watchdog warns investors to exercise utmost caution when dealing with investment firms to be risk-averse.

Previously, the Board of the CySEC has decided to impost a total administrative fine of €1,000,000 to Cyprus investment firm Itrade Global (CY) Ltd​ for multiple violations of The Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017.
