CySEC Imposes €100 Administrative Fine on VEROSTAR FUND AIFLNP LTD

The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) wishes to inform the public that, at its meeting held on the 28th March 2022, decided to impose an administrative fine of €100 to the Self-Managed AIFLNP VEROSTAR FUND AIFLNP LTD (LEI Code 21380061R869TQ1GWK86) for non-compliance with article 56(4) of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Law of 2009 to 2020, concerning the Circulars issued by CySEC, since it did not successfully submit the RBSF-MC Form to CySEC for the year 2020, within the set deadline, as required by Circular C448 of CySEC.
