CySEC RAIF DOUKAS AIF F.C.I.C. LTD Enters into Liquidation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ('CySEC') announces that, the Alternative Investment Fund DOUKAS AIF F.C.I.C. LTD ('the AIF'), with Licence Number AIF25/2014, is dissolved and put into liquidation.
According to CySEC, the decision on dissolution is taken at the the AIF shareholders' general meeting, in accordance with article 63(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 ('the Law').
AIF's dissolution was communicated to CySEC, as per article 63(8) of the Law, by its external manager, the AIFM MFO Asset Management Ltd.
It is noted that the AIF is put into voluntary liquidation.
Yesterday, CySEC announced €150,000 settlement with CIF FXBFI Broker Financial Invest Ltd.
