CySEC RAIF I.A. Centurion Investment Fund Enters into Liquidation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces that, the external manager Deltamark Fund Management Ltd of I.A. Centurion Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Plc, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), has informed CySEC of the RAIF's decision to proceed with its dissolution and liquidation.

Due to the above and in accordance with article 138(7) of the Law, the CySEC has registered in the RAIFs Register the fact that it is under liquidation.

According to article 138(9) of the Law, CySEC shall delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once its dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.

Last week, CySEC has reached a settlement agreement with Credit Financier Invest (CFI) Limited, holding a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license. As part of the settlement, the company has paid €150,000 to CySEC for possible regulatory violations.
