CySEC Revokes AIFM Authorization of Drayton Park Advisors

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced on Monday (November 6) the withdrawal of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorization of the company Drayton Park Advisors Ltd, with number AIFM55/56/2013, marking the second license revocation decision made by the regulator this month.
The decision to revoke the AIFM authorization of the aforementioned broker was made on the Cypriot regulator's meeting of October 23, 2023, pursuant to article 12(1)(a) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law.
The regulator explained that it made the decision because Drayton Park Advisors Ltd has not made use of the license within twelve months.
