CySEC Revokes Conotoxia's Investment Firm License
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus investment firm license of Conotoxia Ltd.
The regulatory decision was finalized during a CySEC meeting on December 22, 2025.
The authority cited the firm's failure to comply with ongoing authorisation conditions under the Law, specifically concerning the suitability of a board member, the requirement for at least two persons directing business, shareholder suitability, and organizational arrangements.
Conotoxia's authorization had previously been suspended on July 23, 2025.
Following the license withdrawal, the company must immediately remove all references to providing investment services and its CySEC supervision from its websites and other materials.
It is also required to investigate and resolve all pending customer complaints and must cease providing all investment and ancillary services.
