CySEC warning: CySEC Flags 10 Unauthorised Investment and Crypto Websites

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a warning about 10 websites that may be offering investment or crypto-asset services without authorisation in Cyprus. In a notice dated 4 September 2026, the regulator stated that these websites do not belong to entities licensed to provide investment services or perform investment activities under Article 5 of Law 87(I)/2017.
CySEC also noted that the websites are not linked to authorised crypto-asset service providers under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). The listed domains are: amazon-forex.com, novatradecore.com, vall-fin.com, daoroyal.com, capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es, digiteamagency.com/second-income/, seamanfx.com, newfuturevip.com, trademarketcup.com, and fxtrade.app.
The regulator did not identify the operators behind these websites or disclose whether any investor complaints had been filed, limiting the notice to the authorisation status of the domains. While some names may resemble established financial brands, CySEC did not describe any of the websites as clones of licensed firms.
CySEC urged investors to consult its official register before engaging with any firm, emphasising that a brand name, website design, office address, or claimed licence number does not by itself confirm that a regulated entity operates a website. Firms operating without authorisation in Cyprus fall outside CySEC's supervisory framework, meaning clients may not have access to the protections available when dealing with licensed investment firms.
This warning follows a recurring pattern from the Cypriot regulator, which regularly publishes lists of websites not associated with authorised entities. These notices are not enforcement decisions against named operators but place the listed websites outside CySEC's authorisation framework.
