CySEC Warns Against 16 New Illegal Investment Websites

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has today (October 26, 2023) updated its blacklist of unregulated entities, with the addition of sixteen websites that belong to an entity which provides investment services and conducts investment activities without authorization.

These sixteen illegal websites are as follows:

The Cypriot financial watchdog warns investors to exercise utmost caution when dealing with investment firms to be risk-averse.

Shortly before, CySEC has decided​ to suspend the authorization of FTX (EU) Ltd, the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) and the European unit of the failed crypto exchange FTX, until March 31, 2024. This is CySEC's fourth extension of the company's authorization.
