CySec Withdraws AIFLNP Authorization of SQUARED AIFLNP V.C.I.C LTD

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces that, at its meeting of 14th June 2022, has decided, pursuant to article 133(1)(f) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 (the Law), to withdraw the AIFLNP authorisation with number LPAIF153/2018 of SQUARED AIFLNP V.C.I.C LTD (the Company), as the Company has expressly renounced its authorization informing CySEC in writing.

The dissolution of the AIFLNP was communicated to CySEC, as per article 63(8) of the Law, by the External Manager of the Company.

It is noted that the Company is dissolved and put into liquidation in accordance with the provisions of article 132(1) of the Law.
