CySEC Withdraws Authorisation of Certain Investments Compartments of AIFLNP
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ('CySEC') announces that, at its meeting of 13 th December 2021, has decided, pursuant to article 133(1)(f) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 ('the Law'), to withdraw the authorisation of the following Investments Compartments of AIFLNP GH CAPITAL INVESTMENT FUNDS AIFLNP V.C.I.C. LTD ('AIFLNP'):

Sub-Fund «CONSUMER SECTOR»,

Sub-Fund «CONSERVATIVE "II"»,
following a decision taken at its general meeting as to this end.
Following the above, the said Investments Compartments of the AIFLNP, are dissolved and put into liquidation in accordance with the provisions of article 132 of the Law.
It is noted that, as per article 9(7)(a) of the Law, the dissolution and liquidation of the Investments Compartments does not result in the dissolution and liquidation of other investments compartments and/or of the AIFLNP itself.
