CySEC Withdraws Authorization of D Capital Investments Fund Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) recently announced that it has decided to withdraw the AIFLNP authorisation with number LPAIF28/2014 of D Capital Investments Fund Ltd, pursuant to article 133(1)(f) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

CySEC explained that it reached the decision about the withdrawal of D Capital’s authorisation as the company expressly renounced its authorisation. 

According to the watchdog, D Capital will dissolve and put into liquidation in accordance with the provisions of article 132 of the Law.

Additionally, as a result of the withdrawal of its authorization, its Management Company, SKDA Capital Limited numbered RM4/2014, with sole purpose the provision of portfolio management service to the particular AIFLNP, will be delisted from CySEC’s Sub-Threshold AIFMS Registry.
