Daman Markets Expands Leadership Team with Key Sales Hire

Daman Markets, a recently launched Retail FX and CFDs broker focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has announced the appointment of Meenaz Sayyed as Vice President of Sales. This strategic hire follows the firm's ongoing efforts to strengthen its executive team.

Sayyed joins Daman Markets from IG Group, where she served as an Account Executive for IG MENA in Dubai. Her professional experience also includes roles at Exuberance Wealth Management, Century Financial, HSBC, and JP Morgan. This appointment adds to Daman Markets' recent executive hires, which include Omar Qaryouti as COO and Samer Fakhridin as Head of Trade Operations and Support.

Daman Markets, which operates on the MT5 platform, was established in 2023 as a spin-off from Daman Securities, a subsidiary of Daman Investments, part of the UAE's Gargash Group. The company is led by Samer Mourched, formerly of Advanced Markets, and is based in Dubai.
