Dave Worsfold Appointed CEO at LCG

UK FCA-regulated retail FX and CFDs broker London Capital Group (or LCG) has appointed a new CEO Dave Worsfold. Worsfold resigned from his role as ADSS's COO in April. He had just been at ADSS for a year, following a ten-year stint as Head of Operations at CMC Markets.

Worsfold has been a fintech executive with capital markets experience in trading, risk, and operations in global retail and wholesale markets on both the buy and sell side. He has experiences in increasing operational efficiency, effectiveness, and business transformation across multinational enterprises within the highly regulated financial sector.

Worsfold will be assisted in the LCG C-Suite by Matt Basi, who will have the position of Managing Director. Matt Basi worked with Dave Worsfold at CMC Markets for several years, most recently as Head of Commercial - Europe & Middle East from 2012 until 2020.

Stuart Dorward has also joined LCG as Head of Sales and Trading. Stuart Dorward worked on the trading desk at IG Group from 2006 to 2014 and was Head of Desk at Intertrader Limited from 2018 to 2021.
