De Clauzade de Mazieux Joins TradeStation After Saxo Exit

​Philippe de Clauzade de Mazieux, a senior figure at Saxo UK, has exited the firm to take up a new role at TradeStation, the U.S.-based online brokerage. De Clauzade de Mazieux had been with Saxo UK since 2022, most recently serving as Diversification and Trading Activation Manager.

With a background that includes managing institutional accounts at CMC Markets, de Clauzade de Mazieux will now assume the position of Institutional Sales Representative at TradeStation's UK arm. His responsibilities will focus on expanding the company's footprint in the UK market, operating from TradeStation's office in the Barnes area of South West London.

In a public note, he reflected on his departure from Saxo UK, describing his time there as a "pivotal chapter" in his professional development. "Over the past three years, I've had the opportunity to grow, evolve, and take on three different roles - all with the same direction: upwards," he stated.

He also credited Saxo UK CEO Andrew Bresler for shaping a strong internal culture and shared, with a touch of humor, that despite personal growth, his padel partner hadn't kept pace: "Somehow, [I'm] a better padel player (though I can't say the same for him - he's gotten worse)."

Looking ahead, de Clauzade de Mazieux called his new role at TradeStation the "biggest step forward" in his career so far.
