Delia Claudia Bercea Named CEO - LATAM of Retail Broker Monaxa

Delia Claudia Bercea has taken on the role of CEO - LATAM at Monaxa, a retail FX and CFDs broker, out of Uruguay, based on her LinkedIn profile. She is co-founder of the company. Currently, she is also Executive Relationship Manager of Est-Grp, a multifaceted organization dedicated to creating meaningful societal impacts. 

Before Monaxa, Delia spent four years at Sky Option, which empowers trading start-ups with cutting-edge SaaS solutions, as Business Operations Associate Director, LATAM, based on Dubai. Between September 2017 and September 2023, she served a FINMA regulated investment company as COO.

During her two-year stint (July 2021 - June 2023) at IronFX in Uruguay, the leading broker in online trading, Delia worked as Associate Director, focused on providing leadership and management oversight within LATAM Territory. She first joined the broker in June 2013 as Sales Team Leader Spanish Desk, out of Cyprus.

Her multiple senior roles included Sales Director at CTEX Markets, Business Development Manager at FX Primus, and Global Relationship Manager at Palladium Investment Services.

This appointment follows Monaxa's naming Steve Haggerty​ as Regional Director of Business Development, tasking him with leading the operations in regions such as Europe, Africa etc.
