Devexperts Appoints Nick Mortimer as SVP Business Development

Fazzaco learned that Devexperts, a financial software developer for brokers and financial institutions, has appointed Nick Mortimer as SVP Business Development.

Mortimer brings with him over two decades of experience and a wealth of expertise in business development within the FX markets. His LinkedIn profile reveals that he most recently held the position of Managing Director at Abelee, an algo trading company based in Oslo, for nearly six years. Prior to that, he served as Director of Business Relationships and Solutions at MahiMarkets, a London-based brokerage technology solutions provide, for about two years.

From July 2011 to July 2016, Mortimer held the role of Head of Prime Brokerage and Clearing at CFH Markets (now Finalto). He has also previously worked at other leading financial services groups, such as Marex Financial and ABN AMRO Bank.

Devexperts has been actively expanding its leadership team over the past year, hiring a number of business development experts. In October last year, the fintech leader appointed Michael Ambite, Paul Tavares, Brian James, and Heetesh Rawal​ as Vice Presidents of Sales and Business Development.
