DFSA Requires New Applications Using Revised Online MKT1 Form

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has today (October 17, 2023) introduced a revised version of the online MKT1 Form (Application for the Approval of a Prospectus and the Admission of Securities to the Official List of Securities). The revised Form will replace the online MKT1 Form launched on 21 September 2022 (Old Form).

The regulator stated in the announcement: "We ask that all new applications on and from 17 October 2023 are submitted using the revised Form. Any existing applications submitted using the Old Form that are currently under review by the DFSA will still be processed."
