DigitalX Appoints Lisa Wade as Chief Executive Officer

DigitalX Limited, the world's first publicly listed Bitcoin company, has announced the appointment of Lisa Wade as the company's new Chief Executive Officer.
As seen on her LinkedIn profile, Lisa is currently working as Managing Director at Change Investment Management, where she had been employed for over 12 years. In April 2018, she joined NAB Pride as its Co-Chair. Additionally, National Australia Bank (NAB) hired Lisa as Head of Digital Innovation & Sustainability in October 2016. Prior to NAB, she was both the Director and Co-Founder at Impact 2080. Additionally, she had also held positions at companies including The ESCOR Group and Citi.
Lisa Wade is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
Lisa has a strong background in blockchain project development, having recently lead the Project Atom Central Bank Digital Currency project (CBDC), a collaborative research project between the Reserve Bank of Australia, CBA and Perpetual, and Project Carbon, a global strategic alliance tokenising voluntary carbon credits with Latu, CIBC, Natwest and NAB. Additionally, she has a strong background in funds management.
