DNA Payments Group acquires Active Merchant Services

​Integrated payments company DNA Payments Group (DNA) announced that it has acquired Active Merchant Services, a UK-based independent sales organisation.

With this acquisition,  DNA gains a customer base of 30,000 merchants and 57,000 terminals in the UK and EU with the actual processing volumes of transactions to over £5.5 billion per year. This year DNA plans to further expand in its core markets with more acquisitions in different segments of payments value chain. Before this transaction, it has completed two acquisitions.
