Doo Group Rebrands UK and South Africa Operations to RKX
Brokerage holding company Doo Group has reportedly initiated a significant rebranding of its regulated operations in the United Kingdom and South Africa, adopting the new name "RKX."
According to industry reports, the group’s UK entity, licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has officially changed its corporate name from Doo Clearing Limited to RKX Financial UK Limited. Concurrently, the firm has launched new websites for these markets: rkx.com for its Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) licensed business in South Africa, and rkxfinancial.co.uk for its UK operations.
This development marks the second major rebranding effort for the group recently, following the renaming of its offshore brokerage arm, Doo Prime, to "D Prime" last year. While the new web portals are live, reports indicate that the legacy website dooclearing.co.uk remains accessible for the time being.
The strategic shift comes after a period of operational restructuring for the group in 2025. During that year, the company faced regulatory scrutiny involving a police raid on its call center in Malaysia and subsequently closed its marketing department in Cyprus. The group, controlled by Junjie Chen, continues to operate regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus and Mauritius.
