DTCC Appoints Talia Klein as Head of Wealth Management Services

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) today announced the appointment of Talia Klein as Managing Director and Head of DTCC's Wealth Management Services.

In her new role, Ms. Klein will report to Brian Steele, Managing Director, President, Clearing & Securities Services at DTCC. She will oversee the firm's Wealth Management Services organization, which is responsible for DTCC's offerings related to Mutual Funds, Insurance and Retirement Services, and Alternative Investment Products. As a member of DTCC's Clearing & Securities Services management team, she is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the centralization and automation of processing and information services. These efforts are aimed at mitigating risk, reducing cost, and delivering greater operational efficiencies for the firm's clients and across the industry.

Ms. Klein is noted as having developed innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of wealth managers and institutional investors for over a decade. Prior to joining DTCC, she served as BNY's Head of Tokenization, where she led the development of that firm's digital asset product suite, including the launch of the Digital Asset Custody platform. Before her time at BNY, Ms. Klein held several product management roles at both JPMorgan Chase and the blockchain startup Digital Asset Holdings. At Digital Asset Holdings, she was involved in developing collateral management systems utilizing blockchain technology.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms. Klein stated, "It is an honor to join DTCC and lead the Wealth Management Services organization." She added that as the wealth industry continues to evolve, she looks forward to focusing on supporting clients to address their dynamic needs.
