Dukascopy Bank Sees 195% YoY Jump in H1 Net Profit

Dukascopy Bank SA, Geneva-based retail FX broker, has reported its financial results for the first half year of 2022. The company's revenue came in at CHF 14.4 million for the first six months of 2022, up 27% from the first half of 2021.

The forex bank witnessed a jump in its net profit, which came in at CHF 3.8 million for the six months. This figure is 195 percent higher than from CHF 1.44 million reported back in the same period a year ago.

In addition, Dukascopy saw client deposits remain to climb, hitting CHF 116.3 million as at June 30, 2022, up from CHF 113.9 million at year end 2021.

Founded in 2004, Dukascopy now has many business vertices, and its operations have expanded internationally. The group's bank and securities houses are regulated in Switzerland, Latvia and Japan.

Today's announcement follows Dukascopy revealing its new cooperation with the registered Swiss/Lichtenstein digital assets exchange Smart Valor. The API-driven integration of Dukascopy and Smart Valor infrastructures will offer the shared clients an enriched environment, in which they may instantly trade 176 digital assets pairs using a Swiss bank account supporting 22 global currencies.
