Eightcap UK Reports 26% Revenue Increase to £4.5M in FY 2026

Eightcap Group Limited, the UK-based, FCA-regulated subsidiary of Australian CFD broker Eightcap, has reported its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. The company’s UK revenues rose 26% to £4.49 million, up from £3.55 million in FY 2025.
Net profit for the year was £78,000, compared with £638,000 in the previous year.
The results follow a series of leadership changes at both the UK entity and its Australian parent during 2026. In the UK, Eightcap appointed former Trade Nation and Zenfinex (now Taurex) executive Will Hardy as Executive Director after Ollie Rosewell, who had headed Eightcap UK, left the company earlier in the year. In Australia, Eightcap promoted CIO Bryn Newell to Global CEO following the departure of Alex Howard.
Eightcap is headquartered in Melbourne and operates licensed subsidiaries in Australia, Cyprus (Eightcap EU Ltd), the UK (Eightcap Group Ltd), and the UAE, alongside offshore operations in The Bahamas. The group also runs retail prop trading unit Eightcap Challenges and is controlled by Chairman and former CEO Joel Murphy and lead analyst Joe Jeffriess.
