Elena Krutova Elevated to Chief Administrative Officer at Exness

Fazzaco learned that the global leader in multi-asset trading Exness has elevated Elena Krutova to Chief Administrative Officer, based in Cyprus. Elena has been part of the broker for more than five years.

Prior to the new role, she served as Chief People Officer at the company for one year. She joined Exness as Global Talent Acquisition Manager in February 2018, and was promoted to Head of HR & Officer, Cyprus after nine months. In April 2020, she rose to Global Head of HR.

Before joining Exness, Elena has held HR role in various companies, mainly in Russia. Between August 2016 and January 2018, she worked at Bureau Veritas Group as Head of HR, Russia. Previously, she was at Inchcape Russia, serving as Head of HR Partners & Recruitment, and IBM as HR Partner two years ago.

Besides, Elena has spent over four years at Kaspersky Lab, with roles including Head of HR, BP and Recruitment and Training & Development Manager. Earlier, she served Luxoft as HR Specialist.

The appointment comes after Exness' changing Damian Bunce​'s position from Chief Trading Officer to Chief Customer Officer.

Additionally, the broker's monthly trading volume for February 2023​ achieved a new record of $3 trillion, with the number of active customer for the month hitting a high as well.
