Emmanuel Thomassin Named CFO of Wise

The global payment technology company Wise plc has selected Emmanuel Thomassin to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Director, replacing Matthew Briers, whose departure comes with immediate effect.
Emmanuel boasts decades of experience leading the financial growth strategy of rapidly expanding private and publicly traded companies. He was CFO of multinational tech company, Delivery Hero, for the past 10 years. Also, he has been CFO of Delivery Hero's technology incubator, Team Global Management GmbH, since January 2013.
In additiion, Emmanuel has served on the supervisory boards of multiple other companies, including MetaDesign, where he served as CFO for five years from 2007 to 2012.

Emmanuel's appointment will be effective 1 October 2024. Until then, Kingsley Kemish, currently Senior Group Financial Director, will serve as interim CFO.
