Enigma Strategy Obtains Licenses from FCA, Expands FX Offering

Enigma Strategy, the trading name of Mayfair Capital operating since last year, has secured licence from the UK Financial Conduct Authority(FCA). 

The new licence will allow the company to strengthen its capability to operate its hybrid business model that includes FX and stocks brokerage, copy trading and trading signals.

With the authorisation from the UK watchdog, Enigma expanded the the provision of ancillary services and unveiled its proprietary FX research & analysis offering called the Enigma Platform.

“Via the Enigma Platform, customers can espouse their own analysis with signals on every major currency pair produced every six hours from qualified veteran traders, with said signals being generated under an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning framework,” the company said.

In addition to providing traditional execution, portfolio advisory and dealing services, the platform is also capable of offering trading signals to clients. The company also offers educational trading courses for clients.

The provision of trade signals does not constitute as regulated activity under the Financial Conduct Authority; and as such customers who subscribe to this service will not be eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS) or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the company stated on its own website.
