EQONEX Securities Delisted and Suspended from Trading by NASDAQ

EQONEX Limited (EQONEX), a Nasdaq-listed institutional-grade digital asset investment solutions provider, has confirmed the receipt of a notice from Nasdaq, which informed the firm the delisting of its securities and suspension of trading in the company's securities at the opening of business on November 30, 2022.

Reportedly, EQONEX has requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to appeal the aforementioned determination. The request will not affect the suspension of trading in the company's securities.

In August, Fazzaco reported that EQONEX was taking decisive action to streamline its operations through proactively exiting the crowded crypto exchange space by closing the Exchange​. The EQONEX Group has filed a voluntary application with the High Court of the Republic of Singapore to place the company into judicial management.

Besides, the Hong Kong based legal entity - Diginex Limited and Eqonex Capital Pte. Ltd. have been placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation.
