Equiti Capital COO Michael Ayres becomes board advisor to lead-gen co Interlink

FNG has learned that Michael Ayres has become a board advisor to lead generation solutions provider Interlink.

London based Interlink was founded in 2018 by former Spiceworks colleagues Andrew McLernon and Jay Gorga. The company provides intent based lead generation solutions, which connect marketers and sales teams with the right customers at the right time with the right messages to deliver outstanding results. Interlink states that its mission is simple – to provide a transparent, reliable, cost effective, ROI-driven lead generation service that businesses can trust.

Michael Ayres has been COO of Equiti Capital, the FCA-regulated B2B arm of UAE based retail FX brokerage firm Equiti.com, since 2018. He joined Equiti after nearly five years at GKFX in London, where he was also COO. (We’d note that Mr. Ayres’ boss at GKFX, CEO Brian Myers, brought him on board to Equiti after Mr. Myers became Equiti Capital CEO). He had also previously at worked at Alpari UK and at FXCM in various operations and risk management positions.
