ETO Markets Obtains Mauritius FSC License, Expanding Regulatory Coverage

ETO Markets has obtained a financial services license from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC), under license number C119023893, expanding its regulatory framework.
The authorization adds to the broker’s existing oversight by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). The company is headquartered in Australia and operates across multiple jurisdictions.
The Mauritius FSC, established in 2001, is responsible for supervising non-bank financial services and is regarded for its investor protection and market stability standards. With the new license, ETO Markets falls under additional regulatory requirements, including client fund segregation and operational transparency.
Mauritius is widely used by financial firms as a regional hub connecting African and Asian markets. The new licensed entity provides ETO Markets with a regulated base to support its international operations and client expansion strategy.
ETO Markets offers trading services across asset classes including foreign exchange, commodities, indices, equities, and cryptocurrencies, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
