eToro Adds 8 Commodities to Its Investment Platform

eToro, an Israeli social trading and multi-asset brokerage company, has added eight commodities to its investment platform, including Corn, Soybeans, Carbon Emissions, Gasoline, Heating Oil, Live Cattle, Lean Hogs and Coffee Arabica. So far, the trading platform can trade up to 24 types of commodities.

eToro is constantly expanding its lineup of trading products. At the beginning of June, 132 new stocks​ were added to the platform, bringing the number of stocks available to trade to 2,967. Subsequently, eToro had successively added 6 more token products on the platform. Since then, 76 types of cryptocurrencies can be traded now.

Furthermore, traders will also be able to invest in VIX Futures. The VIX volatility index is a real-time measure of expected S&P 500 index volatility. The higher the VIX value, the greater the volatility. VIX futures are a complex financial product suitable for sophisticated market participants.
