eToro Diversifies US Offering with the Introduction of Options Trading

The social investing network eToro has expanded its US offering by adding options trading, in addition to stocks, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and cryptoassets.

The latest addition follows the recent acquisition of Gatsby, an options trading platform, and drives the broker's goal, which is to continue strengthening its social investing network through education, innovation and enabling simple access to the assets, information and tools customers want.

"The modern investor wants to interact with the market in more ways and under all conditions, while still feeling empowered in their investing choices," said Lule Demmissie, eToro's US CEO. "With the addition of options trading, eToro is furthering our mission to democratize access to the tools that can help people reach their financial goals."

Besides, eToro has announced today its partnership with Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. ​to enable proxy voting for its users.
