In the past year, the ongoing global pandemic has continued to throw a slew of challenges and hazards at everyone's face, neutralizing national efforts to fully restore economic activities and confronting people by great income instability. To improve the situation, an increasing number of people have started to set their eyes on the financial markets, which naturally led to the growth of brokerage business.

As a result, Fazzaco recently has found many brokers are strengthening their marketing, sales and other teams with new hires. Let's look at what jobs they're offering and what are the responsibilities.

1. eToro—Development Team Leader

eToro is the world's leading social trading network, providing millions of users from around the world a one-stop-shop solution for their trading and investing needs. eToro's trading and investing platform is at the forefront of Fintech technology. Their Research and Development department develops cutting-edge technologies, focusing on field-relevant areas, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.

The company is looking for a Development Team Leader to manage and lead a team of ~6 people,  responsible for their growth, development and improvement in both technical and soft skills. You will lead the design process for the team's solutions and also take part in the design process of the overall group's solutions.

2. Revolut—Head of EU Treasury Capital Management

Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver more visibility, more control and more freedom from their money. With an arsenal of products that span spending, saving, travel, transfers, investing, exchanging and more, Revolut's super app has helped 25+ million customers get more from their money.

The Finance team is the backbone of Revolut's business. The company is looking for someone driven and enthusiastic to join their Group Treasury function. You'll be supporting key Treasury activities, specifically focussing on capital, as the company is expanding their product services and presence. As part of the Treasury, you'll be responsible for assessing the capital and liquidity position of the Group and our subsidiaries, as well as managing market risk profiles the company is exposed to, like FX, interest rates and credit risks. You'll also own various Treasury procedures and work with the technology teams to make any necessary enhancements to the reporting process.

3. IC Markets—Marketing Executive

You will be a part of a tight team of marketers and gain experience across all elements of the marketing mix, with huge opportunities for learning and growth within the role. The ideal candidate would have experience in Fintech or have an understanding of technology and development processes, as your first project will be working closely with the company's digital and dev teams.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with project management, briefing, and execution of marketing assets to support Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications functions. As the Marketing Executive, you will be organised, a good project manager, comfortable working to deadlines and have an analytical mind. You will be required to help deliver on campaign and content needs, provide administration support, and keep a variety of processes on track.

4. StoneX—Junior Business Development Associate

StoneX's Global Payments (GP) team has a diverse customer base, ranging from global financial institutions, to household names from the aid and development community and multinational corporate entities. With such a broad and diverse customer base, the team seeks a progressive, customer-focused individual with an in-depth knowledge of local market requirements and an ability to capture and present these to customers, alongside the existing sales team.

The Junior Business Development Associate will lead integration process with new F.I customers, assist sales in coordinating with other departments to ensure frictionless experience for clients, work on specialised research projects for GP senior management team and so on.

5. OKX—Customer Due Diligence Team Lead

OKX is a world-leading digital asset trading platform, providing advanced financial services to traders globally by using blockchain technology. OKX provides hundreds of token & futures trading pairs to help traders to optimize their strategy.

A unique and highly-impactful role at one of the fastest-growing global cryptocurrency exchanges. The CDD Team lead is responsible to review customer KYC cases that have been identified through onboarding systems for potential money laundering, terrorist financing, Bank Secrecy Act violations and other AML or fraud related. This individual must have prior know-your-customer and sanctions compliance experience.

6. CMC Markets—Payment Network Manager

CMC Markets is looking for a Payment Network Manager who will integrate each Payment service with the Payment Operations Team and the business areas impacted by the Service. The Payment Network Manager role will suit someone who has worked with various Payment Services providers and has broad knowledge of different payment methods. CMC Markets is looking for someone who knows what constitutes a good service, understands risks and controls, is self-motivated and has a natural desire to want to improve existing processes. The person must feel comfortable challenging the status quo, be able to offer solutions to problems and generate new ideas.

The role will report directly to the Head of Payments & Market Data Oversight and will interact across multiple Teams and across all CMC Pillars such as: Payment Operations, Client & Broker Services, Business Operations, Client Money Team, Financial Crime, Payments Development and Support Teams.

7. Ebury—APAC Treasury Deputy

Ebury is a hyper-growth FinTech firm, offering a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.

This position will play a key role in the growth and the successful performance of Ebury in APAC. It will be part of the global treasury leadership team, interact constantly with the local fx dealing floor, with the local operations and with the global cash management teams. It will report directly to the Group Treasurer.
