Euroclear Acquires 49% Stake in Inversis, Eyes Full Ownership by 2027

Euroclear has announced the acquisition of a 49% stake in Inversis, a leading provider of global investment technology solutions and outsourced financial services. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, will see Euroclear fully owning Inversis by the end of 2027. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Madrid and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banca March, Inversis offers a range of services including funds platform services, securities outsourcing, and intermediation. This acquisition is part of Euroclear's strategy to enhance its Euroclear FundsPlace® offering and expand its presence in the European fund distribution market.
