Euroclear ESES CSDs Name Guillaume Eliet as Chief Executive Officer

Euroclear France, Euroclear Belgium and Euroclear Nederland (Euroclear ESES CSDs), the branches of Euroclear Group that is the financial industry’s trusted provider of post trade services, announced recently the appointment of Guillaume Eliet as Chief Executive Officer.

Eliet has been with Euroclear Group since 2017, as head of Regulatory, Compliance and Public Affairs. He will undertake the new role succeeding Brigitte Daurelle, who has been at the helm of ESES since 2015. Currently, Daurelle is overseeing the integration of the fund distribution platform MFEX, which Euroclear recently agreed to acquire. Besides, Isabelle Delorme, Chief Business Officer of ESES will also assume the role of Deputy CEO, reporting to Eliet.

Eliet joined Euroclear Group from the French Stock Market Authority (AMF), with which he has been for more than 12 years, ending up with the role of Head of Regulation Policy and International Affairs.

In July, Fazzaco reported that Euroclear released its financial performance​ throughout the first half year of 2021. Key metrics indicate strong growth is remained during the period.
