Euroclear Sweden to Close CSD Link to The United States

Clearstream Banking, an international central securities depository (CSD), has informed clients of the decision by Euroclear Sweden, the Swedish CSD, to close its CSD link to the United States.

Customers of Clearstream Banking who hold one or more of the following financial instruments will be affected by the closing of the link:

• Infinera Cooperation (ISIN: US45667G1031)

• Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ISIN: US45254C2008)

• Oncotelic Therapeutics Inc. (ISIN: US57667K1097)

• Powerwave Technologies Inc. (ISIN: US7393633075)

• Pfizer Inc. (ISIN: US7170811035)

Euroclear Sweden will stop providing any standard settlement services for the above financial instruments on April 1, 2023. Clearstream Banking customers will be required to arrange for a new safekeeping and settlement solution for instruments listed above prior to this date.

Previously, Euroclear Sweden had also announced the closing of the Estonian link.
