EvoluteIQ has closed a $53 million minority growth capital round led by Baird Capital, marking a significant step in its efforts to scale globally and strengthen its Bengaluru-based research and development hub.

Founded in 2019 by Sameet Gupte, Sanjay Koppikar, Deepak Kinger, Arun Hiremath, and Naveen Prabhu, the company has focused on rethinking automation in complex business environments. Its flagship EIQ platform, built on what it calls the Agentic Mesh Architecture and AI Workbench, aims to streamline workflows across industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom, and manufacturing.

The fresh capital will be used to expand international operations, recruit top technical talent in India, and accelerate work on next-generation agentic AI technologies. Co-founder and CEO Sameet Gupte emphasized India's central role, noting: "India has been instrumental in our journey, providing the technological backbone for our global success." He added that Baird Capital's investment marks a turning point as the firm pushes from "reactive automation to proactive, intelligent orchestration."

EvoluteIQ's technology has already caught the attention of analysts. The company has been listed across several market research reports — including Gartner's work on business orchestration and robotic process automation, Everest Group's PEAK Matrix and "Innovation Watch" studies, as well as reports from Celent and IDC on generative and agentic AI platforms.

Baird Capital, for its part, brings experience in scaling technology businesses and a global footprint that may help EvoluteIQ break into new markets. The deal underscores continued investor appetite for AI-driven automation solutions, particularly those positioned to deliver measurable outcomes for large enterprises.
