Exclusive: Axi execs Stuart Cooke, Katie le Roux depart

FNG has learned that the London branch of Australia-based online broker Axi has made further changes to its senior management, with longtime executives Stuart Cooke and Katie le Roux departing at the end of July.

Katie le Roux had been with Axi since 2019, serving as Head of Compliance UK & EU.

Stuart Cooke, also based in London, held a global role as Head of New Business.

Both executives sat on the board of Axi’s FCA-regulated entity, Axi Financial Services (UK) Limited, and joined the company through its 2019 acquisition of One Financial Markets, where le Roux was COO and Cooke was Global Head of Partners.

Earlier this year, Axi’s EMEA marketing manager Anna Fleet moved to EC Markets, following the departure of Head of Brand and Sponsorship Hannah Hill, who left to launch fintech branding consultancy Brand Lab.
