Exclusive: TP ICAP Names George Dranganoudis as Deputy CEO of Energy & Commodities Division

Fazzaco Learned that TP ICAP, a leading global markets infrastructure and data solutions provider, has appointed George Dranganoudis as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Energy & Commodities division.
George is a veteran in the Financial Services Industry with over 28 years of experience, specialising in Energy, Commodities, Foreign Exchange and Money Markets.

According to his LinkedIn profile, George has deep industry knowledge of Derivatives and Physical Energy & Commodities markets and is successful in leading evolving, dynamic and market leading teams.
The industry veteran spent almost his entire career at the TP ICAP Group where he initially served as Money Market Broker responsible for interest rate swaps at Harlow Butler Australia in 1993. In 2001, he moved into ICAP Energy Ltd, the group's energy division, to manage Coal Derivatives in London, Oil Derivatives in Singapore and Electricity broking in Australia. In 2013, George was promoted to Manageing Director of ICAP Energy Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
After Tullett Prebon acquired ICAP and changed the company name to TP ICAP in 2016, George was appointed Manageing Director- Head of Energy & Commodities at TP ICAP Energy Asia Pacific the next year.
TP ICAP has strengthened its leadership this year for further growth. The group named Darren Hayes as CEO of Energy & Commodities Americas in March and secured Mark Govoni as CEO of Agency Execution Division the next month. Most recently, the company appointed Daniel Fields as CEO of Its Global Broking Division which witnessed 3% revenue growth in Q1 2022.
